I knew that he was right about the regulator, but we also wanted heated floors to perform the furnace/heater installation we had. Still, the financial responsibilities at the time would not allow it. The HVAC service plan did wonders because the noise was reduced significantly. The heating industry has all kinds of incredible inventions that we were willing to try when the bank balance allowed.
