I started becoming kind of sick whenever I would come home from work, and I ended up realizing that there was a funny smell coming from the ductwork and I looked around to see if I could pinpoint the location of the funky smell.
- I figured there must’ve been some kind of pest that made its way into the ductwork system.
I knew I would have to get a ductwork cleaning done and so I called the heating, ventilation plus A/C supplier to help me with our issue. I was pleased when the heating, ventilation plus A/C professionals arrived only 2 hours after our initial call. I thought they should show up late in the night or possibly the following day… Then nope, these women arrived in haste and they took the job legitimately seriously; they were able to find that there were dead smell bugs in our ductwork proposal which was scary news for me to hear. They also said it appeared there was a bit of mold and mildew as well which would explain why I was feeling sick when I would get back to our home… Then they tested the ductwork cleaning and they did a wonderful job. They got everything basically shining akin to new, there was no sign of any debris or pests at all. The before and after pictures were something as well. Seeing all those dead bugs made me want to throw up, but I kept our composure. I was so happy about the improved air quality though and the smell was gone! I’m so thankful that the horrendous smell is not something I have to be greeted with when I head back home anymore.
