I’m arrived on the property to move into the apartment as well as found that the carpets were filthy. I didn’t have enough time for the property manager to repair the situation before I moved in. It was incredibly frustrating in the two of us knew that a carpet cleaning company had to be called. The two of us found a carpet cleaning company plus supplied the bill to the landlord with our next month of rent. The Lakehouse management team claims that the carpets were cleaned by themselves, but it seems like they must not be using very good equipment. After the carpets were cleaned, the two of us also had the study room plus bathroom cleaned. It wasn’t particularly cheap, but it was absolutely necessary.
