I was so upset at the pregnancy ward because of the temperature in the pregnancy ward. In most hospitals, they have thermostats in each of the rooms in the pregnancy ward. When a lady gives birth, her body reacts in certain ways, and it takes a lot to keep her comfortable. Her body has already gone through something pretty traumatic, and the last thing that she wants to do is feel uncomfortable because of the temperature. That is why most ladies are put in their own room with their own thermostat to control the temperature of the room. However, my wife gave birth while we were traveling, so we had to stay at a random hospital. This hospital was very small, but the nurses were nice, and they did a great job with the delivery. The only thing that we didn’t like about the hospital was that they could not set the thermostat comfortably to save their lives. They only had one thermostat that controlled the temperature of the entire ward, and it seemed that they did not know how to use the thermostat. When we first arrived, the temperature of the room was very cold, and my wife was freezing. I asked the nurse to adjust the thermostat to a warmer temperature, and the nurse left to do that. Apparently, she misunderstood, and she set the temperature of the thermostat to 80 degrees. Apparently, everyone was unhappy, so she began the process of constantly fluctuating temperatures, and it was awesome. I didn’t know that you could ruin the thermostat so badly, but she did.
