It’s extremely busy downtown during the day.
Once we get to work and park the car, we definitely don’t leave and go anywhere until the end of the day. When it’s time for lunch, everyone in the office orders takeout or delivery. We have lunch ordered every day at the office. Most of the time we order online from the deli across the street. They have a simple to use website that makes it fairly easy to order online. They offer each one of the sandwiches with customizable options, so you can add or subtract items like onions, pickles, or hot peppers. The deli stays very busy throughout the day, especially once they started delivery services. We used to only order takeout, but now that the deli offers delivery services, people order from there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In the morning they offer egg sandwiches, grits, and oatmeal. During the lunch hours they offer soups, salads, and sandwiches. They have the same menu at dinner, with the addition of a few hot dishes and a daily special. The deli is probably my favorite place to eat. They have one of the best hot pastrami sandwiches that I have ever tasted. There are a couple of other places that deliver like the pizza shop, Mexican restaurant, and Chinese place, but I’m the type of person that prefers a sandwich and a bag of chips for lunch instead of something heavy and filling. I hate to feel stuffed and tired in the afternoon.
