That was our predicament last year. My partner came home with the most amazing news. She had been offered a leading position in this new company, but she had to report there as soon as possible. The area was new to us, but we knew this was an opportunity we couldn’t pass off. So, we went online, did a little house hunting, and found a small place to buy. She said it was a family-led business, and they’ve been fixing heating and cooling systems in the area for more than two decades. We gave them a call, and since we were new clients, we got 50% off the repair charge, which was a wonderful gesture from the HVAC company.
