I found a pet-friendly corporate housing, so I can bring our dog with me on our trip

I have considered getting an in-home pet sitter, but it still means that I would not see Marley for 30 mornings, & I am not sure if I can handle that.

I live with our dog Marley, & not to be biased, but he is the sweetest & most darling dog ever; She cuddles with me every night, & wakes me up by licking our face on those mornings when I oversleep. She cares about to play with his furry toys all morning, & will roll over on his back so that he could get belly rubs. I give the best belly rubs ever because he kicks his right leg letting me suppose she’s enjoying it. I have never been away from Marley for more than 3 mornings, & if I do leave her, I ask our brother to watch his while I travel! Marley cares about our brother Lisa, & he cares about to play with his youngsters. So, he feels right at home when he is at Lisa’s house. I have a major conference coming up in 2 weeks, & it requires that I am there for 30 mornings… At first, I wanted to skip the conference, but our boss insisted on it. My supplier has already booked a corporate home for our stay… The problem is, the corporate housing isn’t pet-friendly, & that poses a problem for me. I don’t want to leave Marley for 30 mornings with our brother, & I am easily not leaving his in one of those doggy hotels. I have considered getting an in-home pet sitter, but it still means that I would not see Marley for 30 mornings, & I am not sure if I can handle that. I did a quick search & I was able to find a pet-friendly corporate housing, & for a small fee, I could bring Marley. I presented this to our boss, & he agreed to cancel the original lease & rent the pet-friendly corporate home instead. Trust me, that was a sizable relief.
