I continued to ask questions, but I saw our dad simmering a short distance away
My dad is the genre of father who believes his children should talk when talked to, as well as never interrupt an adult when talking unless it was a matter of life or death. I hated the system that we were to be seen but not heard, but it was his belief. Even after I was in private school, dad stuck with his rule. I was getting ready to graduate private school as well as considering a career in Heating & Air Conditioning. I had a lot of information from the local technical school, however I wanted to talk to someone who had been there. When I overheard dad talking to mom about the Heating & Air Conditioning tech being there the following morning, I got excited. I was sure I was going to get to talk to him as well as get more information. I had so several questions about Heating & Air Conditioning that I couldn’t wait until the Heating & Air Conditioning serviceman arrived. The Heating & Air Conditioning serviceman arrived just a few minutes before our dad. I got to introduce myself as well as tell him I was considering a career as an Heating & Air Conditioning tech, but then dad arrived. He ordered myself and others to go into the house. I knew I was already in trouble, so I defied our dad. I continued to ask questions, but I saw our dad simmering a short distance away. I don’t know why he changed his mind about punishing me, but when the Heating & Air Conditioning tech left, he asked if Heating & Air Conditioning technical school was something I entirely wanted, as well as asked myself and others to get the paperwork for him. He wanted to review the application as well as make sure I was qualified to apply before he signed the papers as well as paid the tuition.
