I knew it had been a long time since I had changed the air filter in our a/c unit.
When our fiance walked out on me, I didn’t suppose how to do the home repair.
He did everything around the house, & he left myself and others in the dark. I didn’t suppose if I was angrier at him for walking out on me, or for not showing myself and others how to do the home’s repair. It took a couple of months before I could face anyone or anything separate from splitting down. It was another month before I found his repair list. At the top of the list was increasing the air filter in the a/c unit, or the furnace. I didn’t even suppose there was an air filter, let alone knowing where it could be found. I called the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company & asked them if they could come to the beach house & show myself and others where to find the air filter in the a/c unit. When the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C tech showed up the next afternoon, he showed myself and others where to find the air filter. When he went to pull it out, I thought he got a hernia. It had been so long since the air filter had been changed that it had become blocked & cabind inside the A/C unit. I was so embarrassed,embarrassed; I was sure I looked enjoy I had a sunburn. The Heating, Ventilation, & A/C tech smiled & shrugged. He told myself and others he came across this situation more often than he could count. I was sure he was fudging it, however I said thank you.
