I will never forget this entirely awesome bakery all of us had when I was growing up in the city.
It was family owned and they entirely had the best stuff in there! One could receive a million pounds and go broke if they were not careful.
It was that addicting and yummy! The other thing I will never forget about that bakery is that they had the best air quality in there. I do not suppose how they did it with all the baking and ovens going on every minute. But they did. It was decades ago so I suppose for sure they did not have a whole condo media air cleaner. The air quality was so enjoyable though that you would believe that they had a whole condo media air cleaner. Also naturally it odored entirely fantastic in there with the cakes, pies, cookies and more that they would be baking for sale. There has never been another bakery love that I have ever come across in our older years. Things just are not what they used to be, I can tell you that. The family owned bakery went out of company somewhere in the mid 1990’s after being around for almost 40 years at that point. It was a real bummer to hear that when it happened. But I will regularly remember that fantastic air quality that they had in there and the fantastic baking goods for sale. When I run our own whole condo air purification method this week with the central air conditioning, I occasionally get a brief flashback to the bakery.
