I knew immediately that something was wrong with the HVAC

Just 3 days ago when I walked in our front door I immediately knew that there was something wrong with our air conditioning unit, and I live in the south east, where it is truly hot and humid, and right now we are headed into summer, but we are already having temperature control readings in the 90s, and having a problem with your A/C is actually not something you want to happen.

Even so, I had a problem! Fortunately for me, I rent the townhouse that I live in, so all repairs are up to the owner.

I am also fortunate in that the owner of our townhouse is quite a sufficient man. In fact he is quite kind and good-natured and does not let things remain broken when they can certainly be repaired. That is not to say that he is not upset when I call him and say hey the air conditioning component does not work. Of course his immediate thought was that he would have to upgrade the compressor, or even the whole air conditioning unit. It seems like it is human nature to worry about things like this when we have to get the heating and A/C fixed or the roof repaired or something like that. Anyway, we did have to wait quite a long time for the A/C guy to be able to come out because they are quite busy right before summer, as you can imagine. Anyway, the A/C repair tech was extraordinarily nice, and he got right to work, and he was truly professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He told me he had 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Anyway, it turns out that all I needed was a new circuit board for our A/C blower. I did not even realize that there wasn’t air coming out of the A/C air vents until he asked me. It was then that I realized I wasn’t even sure. Anyway, but I could not give him a whole lot of clues, our heating specialist was able to get our A/C up and running within half an hour.
