My stepdad has a ton of work around his current home that needs to be done.
He’s now residing there alone since pops passed away.
It’s not an easy task for one person taking care of the five home bedroom house. I’m doing the best I can to help out with repairs as well as whatnot. He wants me to begin with painting the lower half of the house, which is stucco, as well as then work my way into the current home where there are a lot of ceiling stains. They really need to be fixed. He asked me to clean out the Heating as well as A/C system, including the ductwork up in the attic, so that he gets better airflow throughout the house. He has lots of big commercial units, because the current home is so big, and both of them need to be taken care of officially. I am a certified Heating as well as A/C repairman so it is an easy job for me to do. I think I might even call up my next door neighbor to have him help me out with the job since it’s such a giant job. I’ve been working in the field for a long time as well as actually prefer working on Heating as well as A/C systems, so it’s kind of a fun task for me to get to do. I’ll be here in the states for another month just hanging out as well as working until I have to get back to my other job that is overseas. The weather here is starting to get really hot now. I just want to make sure my stepDad has a wonderful air conditioner in his big house now before I finally take off.
