I truly am indebted to our independent heating & air conditioning specialist. He is such a great guy. The most recent instance of this is when I had to have our central heating & air conditioning plan tune up and check up done. He estimated me a price but then once he began doing the tune up and check up on our central heating & air conditioning plan he found that there was an issue that needed to be addressed instantly in order to avoid a drastic heating & air conditioning emergency… Usually, other heating & air conditioning workers would charge for the extra work! My independent heat and cooling system worker said he would not charge me because he already estimated me a price which was his error in the first place. So he took full responsibility in quoting me a price instead of telling me that the price was a rough estimate as long as no additional work had to be done as a result of finding an issue within the heating & air conditioning plan tune up and check up! He did not have to do that legally at all. But he did it out of kindness of his own being and wanted to be unquestionably fair to the customer. You just do not see that kind of thing much anymore these afternoons. He is for sure one of a kind and I will continue to hire him for all of our heating & air conditioning needs moving forward instead of going elsewhere for anything, which I used to do sometimes while shopping for best prices.
