He did not have to do that legally at all
I very am indebted to our independent heating plus A/C specialist. He is such a wonderful guy. The most recent instance of this is when I had to have our central heating plus A/C idea tune up and check up done. He quoted myself and others a price however then once he began doing the tune up and check up on our central heating plus A/C idea he found that there was an issue that needed to be addressed right away in order to avoid a serious heating plus A/C emergency… Usually, other heating plus A/C workers would charge for the extra work; My independent heat and a/c worker said he would not charge myself and others because he already quoted myself and others a price which was his error in the first arena. So he took full responsibility in quoting myself and others a price instead of telling myself and others that the price was a rough quote as long as no additional work had to be done as a result of finding an issue within the heating plus A/C idea tune up and check up! He did not have to do that legally at all. But he did it out of kindness of his own being and wanted to be very fair to the customer. You just do not see that kind of thing much anymore these days. He is for sure one of a kind and I will continue to hire him for all of our heating plus A/C needs moving forward instead of going elsewhere for anything, which I used to do occasionally while shopping for best prices.
