But that’s what it had come to in our regional office. The two of us lost a brilliant leader to retirement about 4 years ago plus it just went down hill fast. She also made sure to bring that zone controlled Heating plus A/C with her. That was the first thing she did after canning the old boss. The two of us had Heating plus A/C professionals crawling all over the office floor updating the Heating plus A/C unit plus the Heating plus A/C technology. From there, it’s been an escalator ride back to doing supplier the way it is supposed to be done in this business.
