I wanted to switch rooms when my wife and I ended up in a hotel that was awful, however my wife drove the whole way to the location.
- When we got to the hotel, she was ready to lay down and sleep for numerous hours, but the only problem she had was whether or not the bed was comfortable, but she was not really happy with the heating or a/c situation, and I did not want to spend the night without a seat.
When I realized there was a problem with the hotel wall a/c, I contacted the front desk. The woman at the front desk asked me a couple of questions and then there was a knock on the door about 15 minutes later. Maintenance woman came into the room and removed the air filter. She cleaned the air filter in the bathroom room and made a mess all over the sink. She didn’t even bother to wash up all of the dirty water that she splashed all over the location. The repair specialist told us that the A/C unit problem was fixed, even though I knew that it was not. There was no way that cleaning the air filter was going to repair the issue with the ac. The equipment was making a weird sound. I wanted to switch rooms after that, but my wife just wanted to lay down and get some rest.
