When we decided to put in an offer on this house, we knew what we were getting into. And not just that either. We were both committed to returning this house to its original design if we were lucky enough to get it. And while we both earn great living from our jobs inside the zone controlled HVAC of our respective offices, this house was eating up chunks of money. But again, we stuck to our budget the best we could and remained committed to returning this place to its former glory. The heating and cooling of this house was a big challenge as it was designed prior to residential HVAC being available. We live in a region where the HVAC cooling is the main deal with any HVAC discussion. So this house was designed with many fans and we wanted to take it back to that while adding updated and modern HVAC technology.
