Running is so enjoyable

While I try to change up my style of workout from a single day to the next, running is easy to do.

I enjoy the simplicity of it. I don’t need a variety of extra gear. I’ve purchased a good quality pair of shoes that are designed recognizably for running. I experimented with many odd styles before determining the ideal type for my feet. I own two identical pairs that I switch between. This allows the sneakers to reform in-between runs in addition to give maximum support for my feet. I never run two day is a row. I assume that the motion puts a fantastic deal of impact on my joints in addition to strain on my muscles. I don’t want to develop complications with my hips, knees, ankles or feet. On the off days, I restrict myself to low impact workouts such as biking, treading water, rowing in addition to strength training. I give my body a chance to rest and focus on new muscle groups. No matter the category of workout, I constantly begin with a lengthy warmup. I’ve l acquired the importance of officially loosening up my joints in addition to stretching the muscles before any exertion. There is less opportunity of injury or suffering aches and pains. I make sure to thoroughly hydrate. I drink quite a bit of water before starting the run. When I go on longer routes, I wear a camel pack that allows me to drink throughout the run. I go through an expansive cool down at the end of it. I appreciate that I can run almost anywhere. Whether I’m at the house or on a trip, I can constantly find a good spot to jog.
