The people in charge of managing the building never missed any cooling system service, & they also knew what to do & not do when it came to cooling system care. I was consistently curious to see the type of cooling system installed because, compared to mine, it was superior. I once asked a single of the janitors, but he had no idea. I consistently kept an eye open for any cooling system worker or an a/c business car, even though I was never fortunate. It was as if the component never needed any cooling system repair, or the cooling system representative came when we had already left. One superb summer time morning, I met a supplier from an a/c business coming into the building. He told myself and others he had brought a new a/c filter & followed up on the cooling system care plan. I asked many questions, & the tech was patient & kind enough to answer them. I even went as far as acbusinessing the a/c supplier with the promise of not being a distraction or getting in his way. He handled everything with so much skill it was interesting to watch. I was with him throughout the a/c service. After he finished the task, I asked him if there were such cooling system installations that a single could use for residential homes. He told myself and others there were & even gave myself and others examples & an estimated cost of installing them.
