During his campaign, the new governor had promised to help the different industries, including the cooling sector. The air conditioning business I worked at as a cooling tech was one of the companies mentioned in his speeches, so we were all excited to see his governance would affect us. The head air conditioning expert announced that the governor would visit the company later that month. As fate would have it, a few weeks before the governor’s visit, we were called to his house to solve the issue with his quality air conditioner. The governor’s family had noticed a reduction in indoor comfort and air quality, and since the HVAC unit was still working, they could not determine the exact issue. They called our office and scheduled an air conditioning tune-up so that the cooling workmen would assess and diagnose the issue. The governor’s cooling products were in a good state. Though the air conditioning install had occurred five years back, the family had done an excellent job with the frequent air conditioning service. They would call whenever the central air conditioning system needed air conditioning repairs. We discovered a leak in one of the air ducts, causing a reduction in comfort. After fixing the leak, we replaced the air filters, and at the request of the governor’s wife, we installed an indoor air cleaning system to maintain the air quality. When the governor visited the company a week later, he spoke highly of the service he received and made a generous donation to the company.
