Well, last week, we finally got a call from the biggest airport in the country. The maintenance department called complaining about their malfunctioned HVAC unit. I gathered my team of experienced cooling techs, and we headed to the airport. The cooling products in places such as the airport are bigger than the devices in residential homes because of the space they serve. The quality air conditioner had shut down because one of the components was worn out. We recommended to the maintenance to get a new unit to maintain the quality indoor comfort and air quality. The most suitable system would be the central air conditioning system. It is affordable and more efficient than the multi-split air conditioner there. We removed the malfunctioned unit and started the process involved in the air conditioning install. This task took us about three hours, and the customer was satisfied with our efficient air conditioning service. The airport maintenance also requested we include an indoor air cleaning system to improve the air quality and prevent airborne pollutants. To keep the air quality, we created a feasible schedule to replace the air filters every 60days. The airport was packed and was a beehive of activity by the time we were done. As a learning opportunity, I assigned the task of scheduling air conditioning tune-up to the most junior air conditioning expert. We also left our contacts in case of any future air conditioning repair the airport system would need. We had outdone ourselves on this job, and the referrals we received from the job were high-end.
