As a learning opportunity, I assigned the task of scheduling air conditioning tune-up to the most junior air conditioning expert. Both of us also left our contacts in case of any future air conditioning service the airport system would need. Both of us had outdone ourselves on this job, and the referrals both of us acquired from the job were high-end.
