This past year has been decorated with different awards for different capacities of my job. The year started on a high note when the air conditioning business received an award for the cooling industry’s most efficient air conditioning service. All the cooling techs celebrated this win because it was our award for the prompt and efficient services we provided to our customers. Shortly after, I received another prize for the best air conditioning expert of the year. I had just graduated from the apprentice program at the company, and through my training, I would go over and beyond to learn from the experienced cooling workmen. I did this by shadowing them on different jobs on cooling products. Whenever I didn’t have a class, I would join the offsite teams on various jobs and learn from these experienced professionals. I was surprised when I received the award which was presented to me by my boss. We later celebrated at a nearby restaurant with all the other graduates. These awards motivated me to have more quality in working on the HVAC units. My first job as a qualified graduate of the apprentice program was an air conditioning install at an apartment complex. My boss let me lead the fitting of the central air conditioning unit. He later commended me for the job. My parents always advised me to put my best in everything I do. Later in the year, my team received an award for the most efficiently done air conditioning tune-up.
