I live in a holiday state, which means my family is regularly traveling to see me… Staying in my loft will save so much currency on hotel rooms, then and while I don’t have the pool or the fancy restaurants or beds savor a hotel room, I do what I can to regularly make sure that my family has a comfortable stay! This includes making sure that there is coffee, chips, entertainment, and more.
I also make sure that inside my home is regularly at the perfect temperature, then over the years, I have regularly extended the courtesy to my family to adjust the temperature control to the temperature that makes them comfortable.
And at times, I have had family members who have either turned the temperature control too high or too low, but naturally, I don’t mind because I assume that it’s only temporary… I normally keep my temperature control at the advocated temperature of 70 degrees in the Summer and 70 degrees in the Wintertide weeks, then however, those un-even temperatures could be too tepid or too frigid for someone else. Of course, I understand that not all the people will savor the same setting on the temperature control. Hence the reason I grant my guests the option to adjust the temperature control at any given time, however unfortunately, that is not regularly reciprocated as I have stayed at my aunt’s loft who doesn’t allow anyone to adjust her temperature control. In fact, she has a sign next to the temperature control that states do not touch. This is her way of avoiding any unnecessary spikes in her energy bill. And while this is a single sure way to regulate her bill, I assume that is a bit extreme.
