I often ponder why I have stayed with the very same Heating, Ventilation plus A/C company over the last 20 years.
They do excellent work, however it constantly takes an afternoon or 2 for them to get to the house, unless it is an emergency and you will pay emergency fees.
I must admit that the people who work in the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C company are particularly nice and they do a truly excellent job. I knew the people at this Heating, Ventilation plus A/C company and I trusted them all. The only beef I had was there all afternoon waiting period, or needing to wait for services until a single or two afternoons later. I had a problem with our gas furnace on Christmas Night last year, and I easily needed to have someone get to the house as soon as possible. They told me it was going to be after Christmas till someone could get there, and I was not happy. I had family coming, and I had no alternative heating source. I knew I could get some space gas furnaces out, however there were two infants going to be there, and they were walking or still crawling. A space heating system was not acceptable. The woman on the phone told me they could come to my house, however it was going to cost an emergency fee. At that point, I couldn’t have cared less about how much I had to pay to get our gas furnace repaired, I just had to get it repaired. I knew the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C worker who came over to the house, and she was quick to make all the repairs. When I asked him about the bill, she just grinned. She said the pumpkin pie smelled fantastic, and I offered him a slice for her Christmas dinner.
