I tried to call the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C contractor Last week to discuss a problem with my heating system… The PC rang about several times plus no a single answered, i was just getting ready to hang up, when I heard a man’s voice answer plus tell myself and others I had reached the Carlton Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C contractor plus Carlton was speaking.
I wasn’t sure what I should say.
I couldn’t know the owner of the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C contractor was answering his PC. I started telling him about the heating system plus how I was expecting to speak to a secretary or an Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C worker! He said he often answered his own PC when almost everyone was busy, plus asked what he could do to help. I told him I was hearing odd noises in the ductwork, but I didn’t guess if it was a critter, or something else. He asked how long I had been hearing it, because with the heat, most critters would not be surviving in the ductwork. I asked him if he had any system what the noise could be, however without hearing the noise, he couldn’t provide myself and others any idea. He asked for my name plus address, plus said he could be there in half an hour, but when he got to the house, he checked the ductwork, plus said he found the problem. There was a small hole in the ductwork that was wheezing out the heat whenever it turned on. He was going to have the ductwork cleaners come out plus make the repair, then scrub plus sanitize the ductwork. It would take a little more than an hour plus they would be there the following afternoon.
