I wasn’t sure that our purse would handle the cost of a modern gas furnace either, however if I had to purchase a single 1, I would find the money. It wasn’t even that money was the issue with buying the more modern gas furnace. The issue was that I wouldn’t get another gas furnace like the single 1 I had. This gas furnace had served me well for the last twenty-three years. I enjoyed the heat it offered me, and I liked how quietly it ran. The only thing I didn’t like was how much money it cost me in repairs for the last two years. I’m pretty sure that money could have gone for a down payment on a more modern gas furnace, and covered a hefty chunk of the cost; My hubby said all of us had to bite the bullet and put out the money, however I needed to find the perfect gas furnace for our home. I wanted energy efficiency, and I wanted a single 1 that would be quiet. I’m not sure I particularly knew what I wanted other than that, however it needed to be as trustworthy as our outdated gas furnace, and I wasn’t sure that was possible. I’m going to leave the decision on the new gas furnace to our hubby; He constantly has a superb head for making lavish purchases.
