Yoga and a Big Salad

When you don’t do yoga and you want to, try starting with just 1 minute a morning for a week, and then transfer up two minutes the next week, and so on up to 15 or 20 minutes a morning

I have done a 15 minute yoga routine several afternoons per month for the past 12 years now. I find that the 15 minutes per morning is all I need and it has given me a lot more flexibility in my joints and muscles, when I started doing yoga at a local business, I couldn’t touch my toes with my legs together and straight while standing, however now I can easily place my forehead on my shins or my knees and fold completely over care about a pretzel, then my Heating and Air Conditioning expert neighbor Ed has been doing yoga with me each morning and she has received a ton more flexibility in her body. I have no more lower back pain, which is exactly why I started yoga in the 1st place, and I can do a lot more movements in volleyball matches that I couldn’t before. When I work on a heating and cooling device in someone’s house, and I am bent over working on it for a long time, then I stand up again I don’t have that piercing pain in my lower back care about I used to have. When you don’t do yoga and you want to, try starting with just 1 minute a morning for a week, and then transfer up two minutes the next week, and so on up to 15 or 20 minutes a morning. I can carry an immense heat pump up many flights of stairs and not suffer the following morning care about what I did before getting into yoga. My Heating and Air Conditioning contractor Ed is the next 1 on my list to get started with it.
