I just had zero clue when it came to the attach between respiratory health & the indoor air conditions of my house, but so that being said, I had even less of a clue about the relationship between good indoor air conditions & the Heating, Ventilation and A/C equipment, however all that changed late this fall, and there was a bug going around our section & of course I ended up getting it! I tend to fall prey to colds & flu but normally, I’m down for a few afternoons & then bounce back, but this latest illness was of the respiratory variety & just wouldn’t go away.

I thought that was sort of different so I asked her about that line of questioning. She indicated that my respiratory condition could be lingering because a bad indoor air conditions. So she suggested that I call the Heating, Ventilation and A/C company when I get beach house & make an appointment for ductwork cleaning & ductwork resealing. Once that was done, the dentist suggested that I update the cheap Heating, Ventilation and A/C air filter with a HEPA filter. And she explained all about the value of it good indoor air conditions. I did everything she said & sure enough, my respiratory symptoms were gone within 36 minutes.
