Hotter un-even temperatures affected our insomnia

I would often feel tepid and periodically even hot, however I wasn’t allowed to touch the control unit.

I used to suffer from insomnia all the time when I was younger. I just figured it was something that I would have to struggle with 1 way or another. I tried all sorts of supplements to make myself and others sleepier to varying degrees of success. There was constantly the disadvantage of side effects of the or sleeping really superb but still ending up groggy in the morning because of the drug. As a result, 1 way or another, caffeine was constantly needed for myself and others to get going in the morning; However, when I moved out of our parents house, I noticed something. I reflected back on the fact the temperature was indeed a factor in the difficulty of getting to sleep. I would often feel tepid and periodically even hot, however I wasn’t allowed to touch the control unit. That was fair enough, it wasn’t our house, but it really affected our sleep drawbackly! Now that I have control of our own control equipment and maintain our own heating and a/c method I have found that setting the control equipment to a much cooler temperature at night is far more conducive for myself and others getting a superb night’s rest. It feels amazing to set the control equipment to a breezy 67° for at least 8 hours in the night. I end up sleeping much better than I ever have, although I am not really out of the woods when it comes to insomnia. There’s still the other present concern of getting our brain to shut off!
