I’m just getting out of work.
This week has been a struggle.
I put in 62 hours in 5 days! My social life has been put on pause and I keep telling my friends I don’t have time. They want me to go to the movies or dinner. I just don’t have the time. Tonight I just want to stay home and order Chinese. My friends can wait till tomorrow but to be honest I may just take this weekend to myself. It’s disgustingly hot outside today. That reminds me to turn my air conditioning on. I’m really happy I called the HVAC company who sent out a heating and cooling technician to make sure everything is in working order as well as he installed the new digital thermostat. That is the best decision I have made in a long time. With all the stresses I have been encountering recently I’m glad that is not one of them. I only had the digital thermostat installed because my buddy Jim had one installed last summer and he showed me how amazing and easy it is to do. Today is about 85 degrees so I’m going to set my a/c to 67 degrees. I think that would be a good number for today. I think tonight will be a murder mystery documentary kind of night on tv. I’m not sure how long I’ll even get into that as well because I can see myself falling asleep by 7:30 pm tonight. I really hope no one calls me because I’m not going to answer my phone. Now for the 45 minute ride home.
