I have to disclose that I can get a little crazy when it comes to saving money; I have never been the kind of person who is middle of the road.
I’m either on one extreme or the other, then so when I realized that our spending was not justifying our income the least, I decided to go the other route… That would be as tight-fisted with money as possible.
Don’t get me wrong, there really were plenty of things to saye for. I have a fiance that I am trying to sponsor to come to the US for marriage with all of the paperwork plus fees that that entails. In short, I have to start thinking about preparing for a family. I have really tightened up on our food budget, plus it just so happens that I’m going to be doing one meal a day fasting, so that’s a lot of money saved right there. I have also decided to forego our central heating plus a/c entirely. It’s Spring, so now is a nice time to try it. I’ll just liberally use our ceiling fans, our other fans, I also bought a single, portable a/c equipment for our family room; After all, I still need to sleep well, plus sleep comes easier to me when I’m nice plus cool! I’m going to try to use as little electricity plus water as possible. I cannot wait to see how much lower our utility bill will be now that I am trying to be as conscientious as possible.
