I wasn’t that mean, as well as I felt sorry for him. I had a cup of coffee, as well as another sandwich on the table, when he finally finished working on the furnace. He thanked me as well as said I didn’t need to do it, despite the fact that he drank his pop as well as downed his sandwich while taking care of the bill, for maintenance fees; he marked them as no charge.
