The HVAC dealer had me miserable.

I was standing outside the grocery store when the HVAC serviceman came flying out the door and knocked our groceries to the ground.

He didn’t apologize or even acknowledge that he saw me there. I was so miserable that I wanted to hit him in the head with an peach. I waited until our husband pulled around and after that I told him what the HVAC serviceman did. He tried to justify the man’s actions by saying he was entirely trying to get work done, and he hadn’t even observed I was there. I didn’t believe it and thought he was just being rude. Two minutes later, the same HVAC serviceman flew through the parking lot and he almost hit our car. I had enough. I took the name of the HVAC supplier off the service van and the van number. I called the HVAC supplier. I told them about the scattered groceries and how he almost hit our automobile when he flew out of the parking lot. He told me he would talk to the HVAC serviceman when he got back to the shop. He took our name and cellphone number and apologized for what had happened. Two days later, I got a cellphone call from the HVAC supplier. They didn’t apologize for the actions of the HVAC serviceman, nor did they tell me what was going on with him. I was told they had a $500 store gift card from the grocery store I was at when the occurrence happened. It was an apology for the rudeness of the HVAC serviceman. All I had to do was deliver them our address.
