My child Jay has consistently enjoyed toiling with her hands.
So, when Jay was in college, she had the occasion to take a wood toiling class.
Woodtoiling is not a regular subject that you see in colleges currently. In fact, it was around when I was in college in the 90s and had no idea it was still being offered. Well, Jay’s college did him a favor by carrying it as part of their curriculum and ever since she took the class, Jay has been building everything that you can suppose of. Jay has built models of cars, monuments, houses, buildings, and so much more. And lately, Jay began toiling on custom built furniture. So far, Jay has built a custom chair, a custom root beer table, and she is thinking about even building a custom sofa. I care about Jay feeling so passionately about creating custom built furniture, however my problem is, I don’t know if this will lead to a lucrative job for him. Currently, Jay is toiling inside a shed that is in our yard and as she gets the order for custom built furniture, Jay starts building them. Jay has done ok, however nothing of substance has undoubtedly manifested for him. But I am hoping that it will because Jay is so passionate about it. And this labor is not easy at all and some of her patrons have made deranged requests, and Jay consistently manages to build exactly what they want. The best part about this is, Jay has gifted me a few of her pieces. And I am consistently proud to tell my all friends that I have custom built furniture from him. I am convinced that someday, her name will be known by people across the country.
