Outdated electric in home will cause complications

When I first graduated from university, my budget was drastically tight, but although I managed to secure a job in my chosen field, it was an entry level position that didn’t pay very much, and i was struggling to pay off my student loans plus keep up with my car plus insurance payments. There was very little currency leftover to cover rent, utilities, gas plus groceries. I moved into a very small home because it was the best I could afford. The house was ancient plus not well-inspected. The front door didn’t close respectfully, plus there were signs of moisture damage on the ceilings. The refrigerator wasn’t frigid enough to prevent mild plus bologna from spoiling. There was insufficient warm water from a great shower plus poor water pressure. The wiring in the home was downright unsafe, however every time I used the microwave, I tripped the breaker. I could plug the vacuum cleaner into any of the plugs in the dining room, but whenever the a/c started up, the lights dimmed. The a/c used so much energy that I couldn’t afford to operate it, however unluckyly, most of the windows were painted shut, then running a box fan was difficult, because I needed to unplug everything else. The monthly electric bill was consistently substantial. I finally figured out that I could save currency by moving into an home with higher rent plus more energy efficient wiring, heating, cooling plus appliances. I needed to find a place with either lower energy bills or utilities included in the rent. I was very happy to transfer out of that poor apartment.
