Giving up boiler repair & getting the Heating as well as Air Conditioning update of a lifetime

How many times does a person handle boiler repair before they supply up? We did it every month for six months until the Heating and Air Conditioning repairman told us we were wasting money.

  • He thought the best solution would be to purchase new heating equipment because we had spent half a year dealing with boiler problems at the most inconvenient times.

The fact that it had been half a year made us realize how wasteful my great friend and I had been, especially after the heating contractor expert calculated the cost of the repairs versus the cost of purchasing a hybrid heating system. We were only two months away from purchasing a new boiler/heater installation if my great friend and I had kept up with repairs instead of purchasing the heat & A/C product. We decided to visit the heating dealership right away after that eye-opening conversation with the boiler service expert. We wanted the equipment he mentioned in the comparison, which combined the boiler and heat pump possibilities to make it more efficient. We were fortunate that the other Heating and Air Conditioning service expert thought my great friend and I were qualified for the installation, but he tried to convince us that my great friend and I could only install the hydronic heating option. Tempting, but I didn’t want it. And with that, my dear friend and I embarked on another journey to improve the comfort of our home. It may sound like a lighthearted and simple story, but it was only the beginning of our journey. We had depleted our emergency savings due to the constant repairs, and my great friend and I could only afford new equipment if my great friend and I took advantage of the installment plan provided by the Heating and Air Conditioning business. It was simple to afford a six-month plan paying the same amount my great friend and I did for the repairs. I wish we had known about the opportunity to update it earlier, but we had always assumed it would be much more expensive.
