My director at the Heating plus Air Conditioning company was getting desperate, however our heating plus cooling company has not been doing the best, plus it was taking a toll on my director. I felt actually bad, but there didn’t seem to be much that I could do except take on extra hours to help handle the excess heating plus cooling appointments. A few months ago, our director had hired a couple of heating plus a/c specialists, but both of them only lasted weeks. The first one had no idea what he was doing, I am truthfully not sure why he was hired in the first location. The second one only showed up for work in the first week, plus then disappeared plus wouldn’t answer their PC. It was beyond discouraging, plus as a growing heating plus cooling business, my pal and I needed to hire more qualified heating plus a/c professionals. My director made sure to post a few flyers around, looking for a current cooling worker, but it didn’t seem to do much. All of the people that applied were either not qualified, or if they were hired, there would consistently be a reason to quit shortly thereafter. Another month or so went by, plus a good buddy of mine moved into our small town. He told me he was lost in life, plus was looking for somewhere to settle. My pal and I talked for a bit, plus he told me he was going to need a job, preferably an air conditioner unit related job. It was as if fate aligned this, because everything worked out perfectly.
