Okay, I have to tell you men what I have been going through the last few months. I live in the deep south, where a/c is not optional, it’s mandatory. When I moved into my dream house, I found there were 2 separate Heating and A/C systems in it, one for each end of the house. One of these systems was installed while in construction, the other one was added later when another contractor converted the garage into a master bedroom suite. Right around the first of the year, the temps got genuinely temperate out, and I stopped running the AC in the master bedroom for a few weeks. When the weather got warm and sticky again, I clicked the temperature control and got no response. At some point, the secondary Heating and A/C system stopped laboring, and I had no idea why. I called a local Heating and A/C contractor who offered a free quote for toil projects. The guy climbed up into the attic crawlspace to look at the secondary Heating and A/C system, and when he came back down he was shaking his head. He flatly told me – “I can’t help you.” Furthermore, he explained that none of the other local Heating and A/C contractors would be able to help me, either. Whoever had installed the second Heating and A/C system was not a professional, and the toil was genuinely sloppy. The stadiumment of the Heating and A/C device made it impossible to reach, so it could not be repaired. The only real opening was to chop out a piece of the ceiling, remove the seasoned Heating and A/C system and replace it with a current one.
