Taking advantage of offers and discounts on HVAC unit accessories

My favorite part of the year is my birthday month which is November. It is not because of my birthday but because of the Black November and Black Friday offers. My husband joined in on the trend, and we never miss a sale unless it is something we do not need. We usually wait all year to buy any needed furniture or electronics on Black Friday. Last year was no different. We had sweatpants and running shoes ready. This year we were looking out for HVAC company offers. We were also looking to replace our HVAC unit, but the residential or commercial air conditioning companies rarely had crazy offers on the primary heating equipment. Such deals were mainly on things such as an ac filter, but we used a HEPA filter which rarely had any discount. The HVAC professional who did the last HVAC maintenance suggested that we prepare to buy a new heating device since ac repair would no longer cut it. A friend of mine who is an HVAC technician told me that many customers usually take advantage of the sale, which leads to a rise in demand for heating and cooling systems. It was also a marketing strategy for new products in the market. She also told me that they would have an offer on a certain air conditioning system where the delivery would be free. Home services, such as ductwork servicing would be free. Heaven knows my air duct needs work. There was no better birthday gift than getting a much-needed item for free, and if not entirely free, at a discounted rate. The a/c worker had assured us that upgrading the air conditioner would improve the air quality and help with indoor comfort.
