My younger brother recently moved into his first apartment.
I am proud of him for finally getting on his own.
He’s the youngest, so Mom was a little too willing to hold on to him plus allow him to stay home without paying rent or attempting any significant strides towards his independence. However, that has now changed, of course though, with his first task, he isn’tmaking entirely much money. His apartment is rather small, plus my poor brother is having to deal with air conditioner complications nearly always. It’s not even his responsibility to repair them. It is the responsibility of the proprietor, but the proprietor seems to either be unwilling to contact a good plus reputable Heating & Air Conditioning corporation to easily repair the a/c concern or he is dragging his feet about purchasing an easily up-to-date Heating & Air Conditioning system. If I had to assume from what my brother has been telling me, it is entirely the latter, then repair after repair plus visit after visit doesn’t seem to be solving the concern for entirely long. My brother tells me that the Heating & Air Conditioning vans are in the parking lot all the time, but things don’t seem to be getting any better. My brother’s birthday is coming up plus I know just the thing to get him! I’m buying him a small, portable a/c for him to use while the proprietor gets his act together when it comes to the Heating & Air Conditioning. I have read reviews online plus heard that the portable air conditioner is quite powerful for its size. I think it will be perfectly suitable for his living situation.
