I’m easily hoping that my pal and I will one day be able to get an indoor gym for our school athletics program. In the meantime, my pal and I have had to improvise for gym class plus our sports teams, and football is one thing, but the volleyball plus basketball teams would easily care about a gym! They have to practice in the sizzling sun. They also have to play home games in the sun, and depending on the time of day, rain may also be a problem, then both volleyball plus basketball matches have been canceled in the past because of disappointing weather. The daylight may also be in their face when they’re practicing or even playing a game; Most of all, I feel that the sports teams would benefit from a/c. It’s not simple pushing plus exerting yourself as hard as these volleyball plus basketball players of ours do. Because our school is smaller, It means that there are less people on our teams compared to other competing schools. This of course means that they tire faster. At least the air conditioner would be able to cool them down while in practice plus home games. The school is selling a piece of land my pal and I have held onto for a while, waiting for a good price. This should supply us the money my pal and I need to build the gym plus have a nice cool a/c running for these hard laboring adolescents! I can’t wait to see the look on their faces when my pal and I announced that my pal and I will have an air conditioned gym by next year!
