My check was late and wrong

I was supposed to get paid for 86 hours and I ended up getting paid for 68 hours and my check did not arrive until Monday instead of friday

A new payroll company started handling all of the finances for the HVAC business. The payroll company issues checks to all of the employees that work for the heating and AC repair and installation business. During the last couple of weeks, we have had a multitude of problems with the payroll company. One of the first issues happened right away. The payroll company failed to issue any checks at all. Apparently there was a mix-up and the payroll company thought we were going to be getting paid on Fridays, but the day that we are supposed to be paid is actually thursdays. When the employees did not get paid on Thursday, a lot of people raised hell. We wanted to know where our money was and the owner of the HVAC business did not have an answer. He contacted the payroll company and we found out that there was an issue with the payday. Everyone was paid on Friday and now we get paid Fridays instead of thursdays. There were no issues for a while, but this week we had errors again and my check was affected. I was supposed to get paid for 86 hours and I ended up getting paid for 68 hours and my check did not arrive until Monday instead of friday. My boss gave me a loan so I could get through the weekend after I went into his office and yelled for a half an hour. If my boss and the owner of the HVAC business don’t figure this out soon, I’m probably going to find a different job. Getting paid on time is absolutely important.
