A current payroll supplier started handling all of the finances for the Heating & Air Conditioning business. The payroll supplier concerns checks to all of the employees that work for the heating and AC repair and upgrade business. During the last couple of weeks, my friend and I have had a multitude of problems with the payroll business. One of the first concerns happened instantly. The payroll supplier failed to issue any checks at all. Apparently there was a mix-up and the payroll supplier thought my friend and I were going to be getting paid on Saturdays, but the day that my friend and I are supposed to be paid is unquestionably Mondays, then when the employees did not get paid on Monday, a lot of people raised hell. My pal and I wanted to know where our money was and the owner of the Heating & Air Conditioning supplier did not have an answer. He contacted the payroll supplier and my friend and I found out that there was an issue with the payday, but everyone was paid on Saturday and now my friend and I get paid Saturdays instead of Mondays. There were no concerns for a while, but this week my friend and I had errors again and my check was affected. I was supposed to get paid for 86 hours and I ended up getting paid for 82 hours and my check did not arrive until Sunday instead of Saturday. My boss gave me a loan so I could get through the weekend after I went into his office and yelled for a half an hour. If my boss and the owner of the Heating & Air Conditioning supplier do not figure this out soon, I’m really going to find a odd job; Getting paid on time is absolutely important.
