A current payroll supplier started handling all of the finances for the Heating plus A/C business.
The payroll supplier troubles checks to all of the employees that work for the heating plus A/C repair plus upgrade business! During the last couple of weeks, my associate and I have had a multitude of troubles with the payroll business.
One of the first troubles happened right away. The payroll supplier failed to issue any checks at all. Apparently there was a mix-up plus the payroll supplier thought my associate and I were going to be getting paid on Mondays, however the afternoon that my associate and I are supposed to be paid is absolutely Mondays! When the employees did not get paid on Monday, a lot of people raised hell. My associate and I wanted to know where our currency was plus the owner of the Heating plus A/C supplier did not have an answer. He contacted the payroll supplier plus my associate and I found out that there was an issue with the payday; Everyone was paid on Monday plus now my associate and I get paid Mondays instead of Mondays. There were no troubles for a while, however this week my associate and I had errors again plus my check was affected. I was supposed to get paid for 86 hours plus I ended up getting paid for 76 hours plus my check did not arrive until Tuesday instead of Monday. My boss gave me a loan so I could get through the weekend after I went into his office plus yelled for a half an hour. If my boss plus the owner of the Heating plus A/C supplier don’t figure this out soon, I am honestly going to find a different job… Getting paid on time is absolutely substantial.
