We Wanted a Gas Furnace

We however, were glad at using gas to heat our house over electricity, electricity was an efficient way to heat and cool any home and there were definitely less risks, however my buddy and I wanted to use gas for a absolutely particular reason.

When my buddy and I got approval to build our home, my fiance and I were super gleeful to get started on the design process, but after renting for several years and then living in older homes that fit within our budget, my buddy and I knew exactly what my buddy and I wanted and what my buddy and I didn’t want, however one of the top things my buddy and I wanted for our modern home was a private gas line that allowed us to run our boiler off of gas; Most people my buddy and I knew were afraid of using gas to heat their house because of the carbon dioxide risk. We however, were glad at using gas to heat our house over electricity, electricity was an efficient way to heat and cool any home and there were definitely less risks, however my buddy and I wanted to use gas for a absolutely particular reason. In this area, my buddy and I experience a lot of winter season storms that leave us without power! Sometimes, the power has been out for several days and we’re left with no heat! Having a boiler that ran off of gas would allow us to continue heating our house during these power outages unlike an electric heater. A gas boiler would also sizzling our home faster and stronger than an electric boiler, but unluckyly, electric boilers are cheaper to install, however my buddy and I were willing to spend the money upfront in order to reap the benefits later. Thankfully, our contractor understood why my buddy and I were adamant about installing a gas line for our gas boiler and he was absolutely helpful in making these arrangements for us.
