I hate to waste money on a new boiler if this one will last another ten years, however on the other hand, I do not want to build a room for the pets and then have our boiler stop working.
I am having a fight in my mind, you see, I actually want to build a small addition onto our condo so that I can have a room for my pets. I am so sick of the mess that the cats make in the family room when they are eating, and the cats’ litter boxes are in the bathroom which drives me crazy. I want a room that I can put all of the pet supplies and beds in. It would be so nice to have one room dedicated to the pets instead of having their things spread throughout the house. The only reason that I am debating on whether or not to build that room is because our boiler has been acting different lately. I actually do not understand it. My good friend and I had it checked out by and Heating and Air Conditioning specialist, and he could not figure out why it was making different noises either, however he said that it could go for another ten years, or it could quit tomorrow. That did not actually help at all! Now, I am debating whether or not I should just go ahead and buy a new boiler. I hate to waste money on a new boiler if this one will last another ten years, however on the other hand, I do not want to build a room for the pets and then have our boiler stop working. I would not have the money for a new one at that point. My fiance thinks that the boiler should be fine, so he votes that my pal and I just go ahead and build a room for the pets. I am leaning that way too, even though I am still not sure.
