I used to hear northerners talk about southern hospitality, as well as I never really understood what they meant until I moved up north with my hubby. There is definitely such a thing as southern hospitality, as well as I miss it greatly. There is just one thing that I miss more than southern hospitality as well as that is moderate weather. I mean eighty-five to ninety-five degree weather. I thought that my blood would thicken when I moved north as well as I would get used to the cold, but I have not yet. My hubby prefers the cooler weather up here, but I just cannot handle it really well. Because we have weird temperature preferences, we cannot seem to agree on how often to use our cooling system. My hubby prefers to use the cooling system from May through September. I cannot think it because it is only about fifty-five degrees in May, as well as the same once September comes around. That is winter season weather to me. I really do not want to use the cooling system when it is that chilly, however my hubby thinks it is moderate enough to use it then. I can usually convince him to leave the cooling system off as well as just open the windows until about the last monthof May. Once it gets higher than sixty degrees, he has to have the AC on. I usually just wear a hoodie around the home as well as try to stay warm. Maybe someday, we will agree about running the cooling system or not.
