When I last heard from my brother, he was having a financial crisis.

During this self-quarantine period, he started a small business from his apartment. My brother opted to sink about 90% of his savings into the new business venture. The last time we spoke, he wasn’t sure if it would make it. He said business was slow, and he was scared he’d lose all his money. But, he called with great news last week that he was doing better. My brother’s business picked up and even changed his home’s air conditioning system. During summer, he would suffer a lot because he had an old AC. My brother had been planning to change the AC unit, but he put those plans on the back burner after losing his job. Now that he has an influx of cash, he thought it was better to change the unit. Instead of replacing the old AC with a similar cooling unit, he opted to get a heat pump. My brother had been researching for some time and concluded heat pumps were better. They cost more when it comes to purchasing and installation prices, but the overall service is great. Plus, he could use the heat pump to warm his home during those mildly cold winter evenings and nights. A heat pump is an energy-saving unit that requires minimal electricity to cool or warm a home. I visited him and was quite impressed by how comfortable the house felt with the heat pump.
