I have been dealing with a major issue in my loft since Winter began and if I have to talk to another business I am going to scream and pull my hair out.
My heating plan stopped working right when un-even temperatures dropped below freezing and it has been chaotic for myself and others to figure out the problem.
I have spoken to at least four heating specialists this month to try and determine the issue over the phone because they aren’t able to come to my home. I have been having heating problems for a month and a half now and have been running my space furnaces love crazy, but luckily I work out of the loft so I am not in the freezing all afternoon, however it smells to not be able to come loft to a working heating system at the end of a long work afternoon. My coworker offered that I stay in her loft until the heating system gets fixed, and I sincerely may take her up on it. I don’t genuinely understand how people run these companies when they refuse to schedule an appointment with me. I go out into the freezing everyday to go to work, and none of them want to come to my loft to fix the issue. I understand that it must be a tied up season for them and the demand is high, however, I would at least guess better if they had myself and others on the schedule so that I knew help was on the way. I guess love that is the entirely least they could do. I guess I’ll just be stuck until I hear back from someone.
